Welcome to my website, let your journey begin into the world of Hatha yoga.
I have been a yoga enthusiast since 1995 when I realised incorporating yoga into my daily life relieved my every day stresses and tension, cleared my mind of many running thoughts and renewed and restored my general wellbeing, it tones and strengthens the body in many ways too!
I left the property world in order to more fully integrate my passion with daily life and qualified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher (BSYA qualified, fully insured and also a pre & post-natal qualified teacher), a member of the IYN (Independent Yoga Network) and therefore I now send out the same message to my students "bring yoga into your life" - make "Time 4 Yoga"!
Some of my inspiration comes from attending workshops and classes with Jean Hall, Rebecca Parker, Louise Grime of Tri-Yoga in London and my studies in India, Sri Lanka & Thailand. I incorporate the teachings of Shiva Rea, Charli Sales and Tara Lee into my classes, I make the classes relaxed and also fun.

My classes are particularly beneficial for those with stressful lives, want to improve your fitness, feel better about you, suffer aches and pains or need to improve your flexibility and strength as my classes are adapted to " all abilities" to make yoga accessible to all ages including those from the age of 12 from the total beginners to the more advanced yogi or athlete and is not just for us girls, men attend and are very welcome! A weekly yoga routine will keep your joints mobile, improve your wellbeing, relieve stress in the body and mind, improve your energy levels, keeps you fit, tone your body & make you feel so much better about you. The more regularly you practice yoga the more you will feel the benefits and also take home what you learn to do yourself!
My classes are filled with words of encouragement, self-love and enthusiasm. I am passionate about my students progressing, always make time to get to know them inside & out, I don't just "do the class" I make time 4 you! You will learn to "let go" and therefore open doors to a world of achieving things you may never have dreamed possible in order to reach a place of peace. What I learn from my own practice is also what I share with my students. It is when we practice at the precipice, "the edge"of our asanas, that we make space for real change.
