      Welcome to my website, let your journey begin into the world of Hatha Yoga! 

      I have been a yoga enthusiast since 1990 when I realised incorporating yoga into my daily life relieved my every day stresses and tension, cleared my mind of many running thoughts and renewed and restored my general wellbeing, it tones and strengthens the body in many ways too!  I left the property world in order to more fully integrate my passion with daily life and qualified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher (BSYA qualified, fully insured and also a pre & post-natal qualified teacher), a member of the IYN (Independent Yoga Network) and therefore I now send out the same message to my students "bring yoga into your life" - make "Time 4 Yoga"!
      Some of my inspiration comes from attending workshops and classes with Jean Hall, Rebecca Parker, Louise Grime of Tri-Yoga in London and my studies in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and recently the amazing Bali, Indonesia at the famous Yoga Barn in Ubud.
      I  incorporate the teachings of Shiva Rea, Charli Sales and Tara Lee into my classes, I make some of my classes challenging yet relaxed and also fun, other slower paced for beginners to learn & relieve stress. I am also a Pilates qualified teacher so I incorporate some pilates into classes running the popular "Yogalates" classes now too! 70% yoga & 30% pilates in some classes.  Meditation and pranayama (which is various breathing exercises) will be covered in classes at the start and end for relaxation!
       

      Yoga benefits those with stressful busy lives, those wishing to improve their fitness or use it to relieve tightness in muscles/back or suffer aches & pains and need to improve your flexibility & strength in upper & lower body or just need to learn to relax more. Yoga is also beneficial to those "trying for a baby".  All classes start with a breathing technique, take you through yoga poses with variations offered and finish with either relaxation or visualisation technique to slow down the mind and find some inner calm! Men, women and teenagers all attend and are welcome...

       
      A weekly yoga routine will keep your joints mobile, improve your wellbeing, relieve stress in the body and mind, improve your energy levels, keeps you fit, tone your body & make you feel so much better about you. The more regularly you practice yoga the more you will feel the benefits and also take home what you learn to do yourself!

      Some Drop in Classes are available just ask.  Costs £9.50, a course of 6 weeks is charge at £8 per class x 6 wks - £48 so there is a saving if you attend regularly!

      Monday Yoga Classes (beginners & improvers level):-

      Berkhamsted Sportspace 9.30am - non members welcome, ring Sportspace Berkhamsted to attend class.

      Chalfont St Giles.  5.45pm-6.45pm.  (Returns 8th September) - This class not running during August.

      Boxmoor Hall.  7.30pm - 8.30pm if interested in attending contact me to register your place for class 4th - 18th August! Drop in cost is £9.50 or £25.50 to do the August classes.  Email Nicola@time4yoga.co.uk

       
      Tuesday Classes (most popular classes):-

      Berkhamsted Sportspace 11.45am Beginners.  Ring Sportspace Berkhamsted - non members welcome.

      Old Town St Marys, Hemel @ 6.25pm-7.50pm -Hatha Flow Yoga (Improvers/Intermediates).  Classes are running during August - few spaces left....

      Old Town St Marys, Hemel @ 8pm-9.15pm-Yogalates (Mixed beginners and improvers). Class not running during August. Returns 9th September.  Book in as is a very popular class!

       

      Wednesday Class Beginners working towards Improver Level:-

      Old Town St Marys, Hemel @ 6.25pm-7.40pm - Beginners & Improvers Yoga & Pilates Fusion.  Book now for new course starts 10th September. No classes during August.

       

      Thursdays:- Beginners to Improver Level

      Chalfont St Giles.  9.30am - 10.30am - Yoga & Pilates Fusion with Relaxation - Beginners & Improvers.  This class is not running during AUGUST, returns 11th September to new season.

      Chalfont St Giles - 7.15pm-8.15pm - Yoga - Mixed ability, beginners/improvers.  Class is running 7th-28th August during Summer.  New Season will restart as normal 11th September x 7 weeks.  Best to book a place.

       
      Saturdays Mornings Pregnancy Classes - 10am - 11am see below):- July now full - next course starts 13th September

      Pregnancy Yoga from 12 - 39 wks - Warners End, Hemel @ 10am-11am classes current running.  Next term of classes to book in if you are between 12 weeks to 39 weeks will be Sat 13th September for 6 weeks. Costs £48.       PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT - TK MAXX, ARGOS, www.amazon.co.uk sell them. You can borrow a spare one if you let me know

      What Else Do I Offer -

      I also offer 1-2-1 lessons or small group lessons for beginners, pregnant or for those who don't have the time out of their busy schedule to attend one of my classes.  These lessons are available mornings, afternoons or from 8pm evenings or Saturday morning/afternoon.       I am also a fully qualified Reflexologist, offer Indian Head & Shoulder Massage as well as Reiki Healing Treatments.
