What to bring/need to know prior to attending class
CLASS ARRIVAL – Classes begin in a quiet period so please arrive a few minutes early or respect others by being thoughtful and enter the class as quietly as possible to avoid disturbing the class if you are a few minutes late.
CLOTHING/WHAT TO BRING – Wear loose exercise wear, bring a yoga mat,www.amazon.co.uk stocks yoga equipment, foam block & yoga belt are helpful to beginners also). Bring a blanket or fleece for your relaxation. Yoga is practiced in bare feet & yoga socks in winter (special socks also purchased through amazon - grippy yoga socks! WHY SHOULDN'T I EAT BEFORE CLASS – Food interferes with the body's cleansing and detoxifying techniques so please avoid eating 2 hours before your pra
