New - Pregnancy Yoga Workshops 
 
10.30am - 12.30pm Held in Hemel Sat 24 Mar or in Seer Green, Jordan 31 Mar & 28 Apr) @ £15. Good for those who cannot commit to classes, attend Mon & Wed yoga classes in between! Prepares you for forthcoming birth. Breathe, relieve back pains, heartburn/nausea, keeps you fit during your pregnancy!
 
New Class - Mondays 6pm-7pm, Chalfont St Giles
 
Starts Mon 27 Feb, suitable for beginners or returners. 6weeks @ £45 or £8.50 drop-in if space. Bring a friend get 10% off course. Book early as other CSG class on Thursday is now full!  Same location.
 
Beginners & Hatha Flow Yoga Courses 
Bovingdon, Hemel, Potten End, Chalfont St Giles - Mon-Sunday classes. 
Pay for a course reserves your slot so do so early!  Drop in on some too.
 
Day Class - Fridays 1.15pm - 2.30pm (Potten End Village Hall) - 6 week course, drop in available if space. Bring a yoga mat....stretch, breathe and get fit & improve energy and work off those extra pounds and February blues!!

New Saturday Morning Pregnancy Yoga Workshops (One Saturday every Month)
 
About me - I am a fully qualified Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher BSYA diploma (fully insured, first-aid qualified) who has a passion for teaching and passing on her knowledge to benefit others in this wonderful practice.  Some recent pregnancy student feedback at the bottom of the page.
 
When -  The next one Sat 24th March 2012 - Hemel & Sat 31 Mar (Seer Green, Bucks). Book now as Jan & Feb sold out.  
 
Cost - £15.00 for the workshop, 10% off if you bring a friend or return, payable by cheque or bank transfer payments (please request). Last minute bookings can pay by cash. Booking essential. To book either email me or text or ring me for enrolling.
 
Locations - St Marys Church Hall, Old Town, Hemel Hempstead (easy parking available) & Quakers Meeting House, Seer Green (Jordan), Bucks, HP9 - Sat 31st March @ 10.30-12.30pm (spaces). The Halls - nice warm heated hall with polished floor which is lovely for yoga. Seer Green has under floor heating! (free parking available at both).
 
What will be covered at the Workshop:-
 
- Various breathing/meditation techniques - yoga breathing, hissing breath, alternate nostril breathing, candle meditation and visualisations! These exercises teach you how to relax the body & mind when practiced and are useful during contractions and towards labour.
 
- Various yoga exercises - a mixture of seated, hands & knees poses, standing poses includes gentle stretches, balances, energising poses (sun salutes sequences) for home practice,strengthening poses and hip openers.  All these relieve pregnancy discomforts ie fluid retention, mood swings, relieve nausea, heartburn, sciatica, lower back pain and tension.  A yoga practice is a good way to keep you healthy and fit too.    
 
What to Bring - yoga mat, blanket or fleece & cushion.   You will meet other mums to be, beginners as well as those who have done some yoga previously with their first pregnancy to chat with on their experiences, hand outs will be given to take away for continuing at home too.
 
What to Wear - comfortable warm clothes to stretch around and to keep warm for deep relaxation!!

Pregnancy Student Feedback - My baby girl Amy arrived last week weighing 8lb 10oz, my labour was 4hours 52mins I only had 2 paracetomol as I used your breathing exercises you taught me! Thanks so much Nat x
 
Just wanted to let you know that we had a little baby boy last weds! Vigo Alberto weighed 7lb 1oz and was eventually born at Stoke Mandeville after a lengthy labour! All is well and loving being a mum!  Thank you for all your help through the yoga classes, I've loved it and the breathing techniques really helped. I look forward to getting back to yoga soon!  Zoe x
