Start your Sunday with yoga, get rid of those Sunday blues, lovely new yoga studio in centre o f Berkhamsted above Costa Coffee.  The day is yours to enjoy.... 6weeks @ £45 or £8.50 drop-in (taster class to new students £5 to try). New - Pregnancy Yoga Workshops 
 
10.30am - 12.30pm Held in Hemel Sat 24 Mar or in Seer Green, Jordan 31 Mar & 28 Apr) @ £15. Good for those who cannot commit to classes, attend Mon & Wed yoga classes in between! Prepares you for forthcoming birth. Breathe, relieve back pains, heartburn/nausea, keeps you fit during your pregnancy!
 
New Class - Mondays 6pm-7pm, Chalfont St Giles
 
Starts Mon 27 Feb, suitable for beginners or returners. 6weeks @ £45 or £8.50 drop-in if space. Bring a friend get 10% off course. Book early as other CSG class on Thursday is now full!  Same location.
 
Beginners & Hatha Flow Yoga Courses 
Bovingdon, Hemel, Potten End, Chalfont St Giles - Mon-Sunday classes. 
Pay for a course reserves your slot so do so early!  Drop in on some too.
 
Day Class - Fridays 1.15pm - 2.30pm (Potten End Village Hall) - 6 week course, drop in available if space. Bring a yoga mat....stretch, breathe and get fit & improve energy and work off those extra pounds and February blues!!

Private sessions are available at times convenient to suit, either in my practice room in Bovingdon or I will travel to you if you prefer. I offer affordable private yoga lessons. My current students will receive a 10% discount too.  I also offer partner yoga, remedial yoga for those with disabilities (yoga in a chair) yoga in small groups if you prefer with friends or family.  All ages/abilities and for both men & women.  New Year resolutions! one or two lessons is just what you may need to get started!  Start with a positive approach, keep the stress away, get fit and healthy as you improve your wellbeing with yoga.  Feel free to email me or book a lesson or two...

Pregnancy yoga is more beneficial at home particularly in your final trimester when you struggle to get to class or you can share the lesson with a friend, family or partner at any point during your pregnancy 12 weeks - 40 weeks.
 
I also offer  parent & child yoga, pre & post natal yoga routines as well as chair yoga for the less able.   

The benefits of private lessons are if you are a total beginner it offers you the "basics" to get you started to attend a yoga class, gives you the confidence you need, you can ask questions comfortably, have the practice adapted and at a time that works better for you.  Or if you can't find a class time suitable a few private lessons will give you a practice to do at home with a routine fitted to your own needs, sharing with a partner, family member or friend makes it fun and more affordable.

"A popular request is 20mins of gentle yoga, 30mins of foot massage, 10 minutes of relaxation techniques (a great stress reliever).  I also offer meditation techniques during the yoga lesson to take away with you @ £25.
